clean private onsen, spacious room, close to bus terminal

The heater struggled to keep the chill off in winter!!! A flimsy door compromised security and a common toilet lacked privacy and space. Maintenance issues.

I had a japanese-style quadruple room included with beautiful view of Hirayu and 4 futon beds plus wide windows. An electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware were a big plus. Good location very close to the centre as well as the bus station, I felt safe.

we only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, but everything was nice. the service provided there was good. the stay was absolutely very lovely.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus terminal. I also adored the private onsens. Having four options allowed me to soak in a serene atmosphere with amazing mountain views. The staff were kind, providing assistance with recommendations and directions.

The room we had included central heating, a personal safe, and a fridge. It was perfect with free Wi-Fi.

The hotel was ideal with particularly nice views and a perfect location in Hirayu area. Location: the venue was just off Tabist Kazeyuki at a very quiet time and bus terminal and ski resort. And it's just a short walk away from Mominoki, ate there once or twice🙂

The location was nothing special, and I nearly gave a good review, but the indoor onsen was way too cold, and the rooms had stains everywhere! I expected to be treated better, such as a room change or maybe even some hot cocoa! Definitely disappointing for what I thought woudl ve been a nice little getaway.

The indoor and private outdoor onsens are fantastic, and I loved the beautiful mountain views while enjoying tea in my room.

While no breakfast was available, nearby convenience stores offered quick snack options and coffee at reasonable prices. The hotel room felt slightly outdated, and the absence of a large outdoor onsen was disappointing .

The property was of excellent quality. the staff were extremely kind and friendly throughout my stay. the location is stunning, conveniently close to a bus stop. I stayed here for 2 nights and truly enjoyed my time.
